  • For example, if your event is on December 25th, select either December 23rd or 24th as your rental start date.
2. Important Booking Guidelines:
  • Advanced Booking Recommended: We suggest placing your order at least 5-7 business days in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.
  • Avoid Last-Minute Orders: To avoid any delivery delays, please refrain from placing your rental order on the day before your event. This ensures that your outfit arrives on time.
  • Delivery Timeline: Our standard delivery timeline is 3-5 business days, so please plan accordingly.
3. Rental Periods and Pricing:
  • 4-Day Rental: Ideal for short events or weekend occasions.
  • 8-Day Rental: Perfect for longer events or vacations.
  • 12-Day Rental: Best for extended trips or multiple occasions.
  • Pricing Example:
    • If the rental for a dress is 500 for a 4-day period, the cost increases to 1,000 for an 8-day period and 1,500 for a 12-day period.
    • We do not offer rentals beyond 12 days; for longer use, we recommend purchasing the outfit.
Return Process
  • Scheduled Pickup: We’ll arrange a pickup for the garment on the last day of your rental period (e.g., December 27th for a 4-day rental starting on December 24th).
  • Packaging: Use the original box or a secure package for returns. Our courier partner will handle the rest.
  • Late Returns: Any delays will result in a fee or retention of your security deposit.
 
Cleaning and Care
  • We Handle Cleaning: Do not attempt to wash or clean the garment. Miss Momo takes care of all cleaning processes.
  • Quality Check: Upon return, the outfit undergoes a thorough inspection. The security deposit will be refunded once the outfit passes this quality check.
 
Deposits and Fees
  • Security Deposit: The deposit varies by garment but typically covers potential damages or late returns. For instance, a garment rented for INR 500 may have a security deposit of INR 1,500.
  • Payment: At the time of rental, you’ll pay the rental fee, the security deposit, plus shipping, taxes, and cleaning fees.
  • Refunds: If the garment is returned in good condition and on time, the security deposit (minus the rental fee) will be refunded. If there is any damage, the deposit may be retained.
 
Size and Fit Guidance
  • Accurate Sizing: Use our detailed size chart to select the correct size. Incorrect size selection by the customer is not our responsibility, and the rental fee will still apply.
  • Incorrect Size Delivery: If Miss Momo delivers the wrong size, we'll handle the issue at no extra cost to you.

Q: Can I rent an outfit for more than 12 days?
  • Currently, we offer 4-day, 8-day, and 12-day rental options. For periods longer than 12 days, we recommend purchasing the outfit.
Q: How do I return my rental?

Q: How do I apply the discount code?
  • Simply copy and paste the code during checkout. The discount will be applied to your total.
Q: Are all products available for rent?
  • We’re launching with 10 products available for rent on the 15th of August. By the end of August, all products on our website will be available for both rent and purchase.
Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for rentals?
  • No, we do not offer COD for rentals due to the need for a security deposit. All rentals must be prepaid.
