Refund policy
SHIPPING
- Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete and valid address and pin code at the time of creating an account to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delivery of the products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
- Please note that the billing address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills and the shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered. You cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed.
- Once the order is placed, you can track the order status on our website, and in case of any queries relating to the order, our customer care service is available all weekdays between 9:30 am to 6:30 pm IST. Or you can email your query to customercare@missmomo.in. After the product is dispatched by us, you will receive the tracking code, with which you track the status of your purchased product.
- For international customers, the VAT/Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
- All prices are inclusive of GST.
- We disclaim our liability in case of any delay in the delivery due to unforeseen events or the wrong delivery address provided by the buyers.
- Custom charges might be applicable in case of delivery outside India. Customers will be liable for customs charges in such cases.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- We carry out free shipping pan India and Rs. 1500/- for international shipping.
- All import tax and duty charges are borne by the clients during International Shipping.
- It takes up to 7-12 days for delivery within India and 7-14 days for International Shipping
RETURNS

To return your product you should mail the product to this address:
Miss Momo, 3rd floor, Coles Road, Frazer town No 55/8, Bangalore - 560005 - You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Return will be processed only if:
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- The product is returned in original condition with Missmomo box, MRP tag intact and all the accessories therein).
- The Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. You can exchange this item for a different size/colour
- Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as the colour of the product ordered or incorrect product ordered;
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned;
- In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well;
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category-specific policy;
- We will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Miss Momo would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User
- Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.
- Return Intimation: You can either call our Support Number at +91 9980318058 or Email Us at customercare@missmomo.in within 2 days from the date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with Customer Support by email.
CANCELLATION
- You can cancel your order or a part of your order online within 24 hours of placing the order on customercare@missmomo.in
- Cancellation of order will not be accepted if the time frame given has expired. If the package has not been dispatched for delivery yet, we can accommodate your request for cancellation of the order.
- Please note, that you cannot cancel products you’ve bought during a sale.
- Once you’ve cancelled an order, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account or wallet once we’ve finished processing the cancellation.
REFUND
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Your refund is estimated to be credited to the account, used for order payment, between 10-12 business days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, and payment gateways.
- For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In the case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be done through NEFT.
- Requisites for a refund:
- In case of the defective product received: Only product image is required;
- In case of the wrong product received: Both product & Tag images are required.
- In case of the wrong size received: Both product & Tag images are required.
- In case of product is different from the website/doesn’t look the same – Only the product image is required.
- In case of Incomplete order received: Both product & Tag image are required.
- During an ongoing sale, we do not carry out product exchanges.
- We do not return or exchange products for international shipping
