Miss Momo – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Miss Momo! By accessing our website and purchasing or renting our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any transaction. These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, vendors, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to make purchases or rentals on our website. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you meet the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

3. Orders and Payments

Purchases & Rentals

You can purchase or rent any item listed on our website.

Payments

  • Payment must be made in full either at checkout or upon delivery (if Cash on Delivery is selected).
  • For select handcrafted items (hand embroidery, hand painting, couture), prepayment is mandatory. Cash on Delivery will not be available for these.

Security Deposit (For Rentals)

A refundable deposit is required on all rental orders. The amount is specified at checkout and will be refunded within 7–10 business days after the item is returned and quality-checked.

Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other electronic methods as listed on the site. Cash on Delivery is available for both purchases and rentals, unless otherwise stated.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed via:

  • OTP verification
  • WhatsApp or phone call confirmation

Only upon manual confirmation will the order be processed.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer. If an item becomes unavailable after placing your order, you will be notified and refunded in full.

Production Timelines

  • All Miss Momo garments are made-to-order.
  • Hand-embroidered, hand-painted, and couture items may take 10–21 business days.
  • Ready-to-wear items typically take 7–14 business days.
  • Timelines are clearly mentioned on each product page.

5. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at our discretion.

Taxes & Fees

  • All prices are inclusive of GST and applicable taxes.
  • Shipping and handling charges will be visible at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across India.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Ready-to-wear items: 7–14 business days
  • Handcrafted/made-to-order items: 10–21 business days

Rental Deliveries

  • Rental orders should be booked at least 5–10 days prior to the event.
  • Rental duration starts from the day of delivery.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Purchases

  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.

Rentals

  • Must be returned on or before the rental end date.
  • Use the original box to pack the item. Our courier partner will schedule a pickup.

Late Returns

  • If returned after the selected rental duration, the rental fee will be upgraded to the next tier (e.g., a 4-day rental returned on day 5 will be charged as an 8-day rental, and so on).
    • This continues cumulatively. After 12 days, additional rental charges will apply.
  • If the item is not returned within 7 days after the rental period ends, it will be treated as a purchase, and the full retail price will be charged.

Refunds

Security deposits are refunded within 7–10 business days after quality check clearance.

8. Rental Specific Terms

  • Rentals are available in 4-day, 8-day, and 12-day formats. The rental fee is based on the selected period. For durations beyond 12 days, custom plans are available. Contact us via Instagram or phone.
  • A security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount varies by item and will be specified at checkout.
  • Customers are not allowed to alter or modify rented items. Doing so may result in additional charges.
  • Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in deduction from the security deposit.

9. Cancellations

Purchases

  • Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of placing an order.

Rentals

  • Can be canceled up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery.
  • Orders confirmed via OTP/WhatsApp are considered final.

10. Use of Products

All items are intended for personal use only. Commercial usage, reselling, or leasing is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Miss Momo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or the rental fee paid, as applicable.

12. Hygiene and Quality Guarantee

  • Every rental garment is dry-cleaned, steamed, and sanitized before dispatch.
  • Dry-cleaning receipts may be included for transparency.

13. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Miss Momo website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Miss Momo and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.

16. Amendments to Terms
