Miss Momo offers three standard rental durations.

Book Early: Your Order Date & Rental Date Are Different
Most Miss Momo pieces are currently made to order, so we recommend placing your rental order at least 2 weeks before you need the outfit.
When booking, select the date you want the outfit delivered as the start of your rental period, not the date you're placing the order.
Example
Your event is on 25 December
You want your outfit with you by 24 December.
- Book by 10 Dec Place your order
- Rental starts 24 Dec Outfit delivered
- Your event 25 Dec Wear it
- 4-day rental ends 27 Dec Pickup arranged
Some ready pieces may be available for faster dispatch. Longer lead times may apply to couture and extensively handcrafted pieces.

We Deliver
Your outfit will arrive by the rental start date you selected. Simply receive it, style it and enjoy your Miss Momo moment.
- No cleaning required before returning
Return It. We'll Arrange the Pickup
Once your rental period is complete, place the outfit back in the same Miss Momo packaging it arrived in. We'll arrange the pickup from you.

- No complicated returns
Your Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for every rental. Once the outfit is returned, our team completes a quality check.
Provided it's returned on time and meets our return conditions, your deposit will be processed for refund within 7–14 days of Miss Momo receiving the outfit.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount after it has been processed.
